Tata Steel Engineer Trainee Exam Pattern
- The CBT will be of Two (2) hours duration
- The written examination will be in ONLINE mode and the question paper would consist of 100 nos. of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be answered in a maximum time of 2 hours.
- The medium of written examination shall be in English only.
- The question paper will consists of Every question will carry 1 (one) mark and there will be negative marking of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer.
- Domain-Specific 70% - 85 Minutes
- Analytical Ability & Problem-Solving 10% - 10 Minutes
- Numeric Reasoning 10% - 15 Minutes
- Verbal Ability 10% - 10 Minutes

Salary / CTC for Tata Steel Recruitment 2023
- Engineer Trainee will be offered an all-inclusive Stipend of ₹ 30,000 per month during the period of 1 Year Training.
- Engineer Trainee will be covered under Medi-Claim scheme for self only (which includes hospitalization coverage of ₹ 2,50,000/- per annum and OPD coverage of ₹ 6,000/- per annum)
- Post successful completion of training, a CTC of INR 7 lacs per Annum along with other perks and benefits as per company policy will be offered to those appointed as Assistant Manager on Fixed Term Employment.
