Selection Process for AIESL Recruitment 2023 for Trainee Engineer
- The eligible candidates would be interviewed by a duly constituted Selection Committee to adjudge their suitability for the post and placement in the various divisions of engineering. The selected candidates would be designated as Trainee Engineer- SS in the existing scales of pay with protection of present pay.
- They will be provided On-job training and on successful completion of the training period of one year they would be inducted as Assistant Engineer- SS in the applicable Scale of pay. The pay of the candidates inducted as Assistant Engineer- SS will be protected, ifthe present pay, being drawn by him/her, becomes more than the pay of Asst. Engineer-SS at the entry level.
- The candidates will remain in the parent vertical (AIESL/ AIX/ AASL) and will continue with same type of employment arrangement (Permanent/ Fixed Term) after acquiring the requisite qualification and absorption in the respective cadre.
- On being selected, the candidates may be posted anywhere on pan India basis, as per company requirement.
